At Lyricslo, every project involves original creative work. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable payment processing or administrative charges.
After Work Begins
Once research, brainstorming, writing, or creative development has started, payments made are generally non-refundable because the service involves customized intellectual effort.
Completed Projects
No refunds are available after final delivery of the completed work.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
If the delivered work does not reasonably match the approved brief, Lyricslo will work with the client through the agreed revision process to achieve the desired outcome.
Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project by written communication.
If the client cancels after work has begun, payment will remain due for work completed up to that point.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from technical issues, duplicate payments, or billing errors will be reviewed individually.
