Lyricslo provides creative services including, but not limited to:

- Music consultation
All services are delivered based on the project scope agreed upon with the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project information.
- Communicate requirements clearly.
- Review submitted work within a reasonable time.
- Ensure they have the right to share any reference materials provided.
Payments
Projects generally begin after the agreed advance payment is received.
The remaining balance, if applicable, is payable according to the agreed milestones or before delivery of the final files.
Lyricslo reserves the right to suspend work on overdue payments.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of commissioned work transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
Lyricslo retains ownership of any concepts, drafts, or materials that are not selected or purchased by the client.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included according to the agreed project scope. Requests that substantially change the original brief may be treated as a new project and may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality
All project discussions and creative materials shared by clients are handled with reasonable confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.
Prohibited Use
Clients may not use Lyricslo’s services for unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing activities.
Limitation of Liability
Lyricslo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.
Changes
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
